Business Summary

Meta Bright Group Berhad is a Malaysia-based investment holding company. The Company's segments include Investment properties, Leasing and financing, Hospitality, Investment holding, Property development, Energy related, and Others. It is involved in the hospitality business with the four-star hotel Grand Renai in Kelantan. It has the KSM shopping mall in Kota Bharu, Kelantan. Its property development includes Damai Suites and Bandar Tasek Raja. The Damai Suites is a 16-story building with two-story shop lots, five-story carpark, one-story public facilities and eight-story commercial units on a piece of land situated in Damai, Kota Kinabalu. Bandar Tasek Raja is situated in Pasir Mas, Kelantan. In addition, the Company has diversified into the energy industry as a registered solar PV investor (RPVI), and the financing and leasing business. Its subsidiaries include Eastern Biscuit Factory Sdn. Bhd., FBO Land (Setapak) Sdn. Bhd. and Perfect Diamond Capital Sdn. Bhd.
