Golden Valley Mines and Royalties Ltd., formerly Golden Valley Mines Ltd, is a Canada-based mineral exploration company engaged in the exploration and evaluation of minerals. Its exploration properties are located in the Abitibi Greenstone Belt (AGB) (Ontario and Quebec); the James Bay, Mistassini and Otish regions of northern Quebec; the Nunavik (Ungava and Labrador) region of northern Quebec; the Athabasca Basin of Saskatchewan, and the James Bay Lowlands of Ontario. The AGB properties consist of gold, copper-zinc-silver, nickel-copper- platinum-group elements (PGE), molybdenum and cobalt-silver-nickel prospects. Its assets include Oregon Prospect, which is located within the southern half of Barraute Township; Island 27 Prospect, which is located in Holmes, Flavelle, Burt and Gross Townships; Baden Prospect, which is located within the Matachewan Gold Camp, and Magoma Prospect, which is located within Poularies Township and Privat Townships.
