Trust Modaraba is a Pakistan-based perpetual, multi-purpose, and multi-dimensional Modaraba. The Company is engaged in the business of Murabahas, Musharakahs, Leasing (Ijarah), investment in marketable securities, trading, and other permissible businesses. The Company has five business segments: Murabaha finances, Ijarah finances, Musharakah finances, Investments, and Trading of stock. The Murabaha finances include the sale of goods under a murabaha arrangement. The Ijarah finances business is a medium to long-term financing facility used to finance capital assets such as plants, machinery, and vehicles. The Musharakah finances are a joint enterprise formed for conducting some business. The Investments are made in equity instruments of other companies and other investments. The Trading of stock segment is engaged in the purchase and sale of stock in trade, including potatoes, rice, tractors, chilies, and vehicles. It is managed by Al-Zamin Modaraba Management (Private) Limited.
