Sremput ad Ruma is a Serbia-based company primarily engaged in the engineering and construction industry. Its business activities include the maintenance of roads, bridges, overpasses and other traffic structures alongside public roads; the construction of traffic structures; the construction, reconstruction, adaptation and repair of business, residential and other buildings, as well as water engineering structures; the production of production of gravel and sand, production of concrete and concrete, as well as land and geological survey and mapping. As of December 31, 2011, its parent entity was Sremput Konzorcijum doo, which owned a 51.75% stake in the Company.
