The Company operates a hotel business known as Mandarin Oriental, Bangkok (the Hotel), managed by Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group (MOHG). It also operates a restaurant business serving Thai, Chinese, and international dishes both in the hotel and in four department stores in the Bangkok area, namely, Central Department Store (Chidlom Branch), Emporium Department Store, Gaysorn Department Store, and Siam Paragon Department Store. It offers guest rooms, comprising suites and deluxe rooms. Its restaurants include Le Normandie by Alain Roux, Lord Jim’s, Kinu By Takagi, Verandah, The China House, Authors’ Lounge, Ciao Terrazza, Riverside Terrace, Bamboo Bar, Sala Rim Naam, Riverside Terrace and Baan Phraya. It also provides banquet rooms, meeting rooms, swimming pools, a spa wellness center, and others.
