GARDA Diversified Property Fund (Fund) is an Australia-based real estate investment trust (REIT). The Fund is a real estate investor, developer, and manager with investments predominately in Brisbane. The principal activities of the Company are focused on Southeast Queensland and comprise investment in, and management of, industrial real estate; and lending into residential and industrial developments. The Fund’s segments include Property investment, Lending and Residual corporate. Property investment includes direct investment in industrial property assets. The Lending segment is engaged in the provision of loan finance to external real estate developers. The Residual corporate segment includes overheads for group operations. The Fund’s portfolio consists of 38-56 Peterkin Street; 1-9 Kellar Street; 70-82 Main Beach Road; 41 Bivouac Place; 69 Peterkin Street; Pinnacle West, 498 Progress Road; 67 Noosa Street; 326 & 340 Thynne Road; and 56-72 Bandara Street.
