BRS Resources Ltd. is a Canada-based mineral exploration company. The Company is focused on the identification, evaluation, and acquisition of mineral exploration properties located in Canada and the United States and, once acquired, the exploration of those properties. The Company’s principal property is the Cowtrail Property, which is in the exploration stage. The Cowtrail Property consists of 32 mineral claims covering 4,400 hectares located in south central British Columbia, Canada. The Cowtrail property is positioned within the Quesnel Trough, a major mineral-rich belt extending 2,000 kilometers from the U.S. border to the Stikine River in the north. The mineralization typically includes chalcopyrite-pyrite and minor bornite within basalts, andesitic flows, and alkalic intrusive complexes.
