Oracle : A Responsible Path Forward for Project Lighthouse

Oracle is committed to building Project Lighthouse responsibly and to working openly with Wisconsin communities, state leaders, and our partners. This is why we are partnering closely with American Transmission Co. on its revised certificate of public convenience and necessity application for the Ozaukee County Distribution Interconnection Project.

The comprehensive, thoughtful application reflects stakeholder feedback from our original application, prioritizes community needs, and protects Wisconsin's natural resources. Importantly, it also maintains our commitment to protecting ratepayers' electricity bills and grid reliability.

We are committed to paying 100 percent of our energy costs. There will be no rate increases for local customers because of this project. Under the Wisconsin Public Service Commission's VLC Tariff approval order, these costs cannot be passed on to other customers.

The new and upgraded transmission infrastructure is part of Oracle's broader investment in Wisconsin's clean-energy future. More than 50 percent of the power capacity to serve the campus will come from carbon-free energy such as wind, solar, and batteries. The remaining energy will be matched with renewable energy purchases, prioritizing Wisconsin-based projects. Supporting existing carbon-free generation while strengthening the transmission system will help deliver reliable, sustainable electricity and long-term value for Wisconsin customers, providing benefits that reach well beyond our campus.

Project Lighthouse represents a significant, long-term investment in Wisconsin. It is expected to generate approximately $11 billion in economic impact, create more than 4,000 skilled construction jobs over three years, and support 1,000 ongoing operational positions in Port Washington.

Our commitment to completing Project Lighthouse remains unchanged. We look forward to continuing to work with ATC, the Public Service Commission of Wisconsin, local communities, and other stakeholders throughout the review process to advance a project that strengthens grid reliability, supports clean energy, and delivers lasting benefits for Wisconsin.
