The Company's Toiyabe Property consists of 737 unpatented mining claims covering approximately 6,073 hectares of land administered by the Bureau of Land Management (BLM). The Company acquired a 100% interest in the Coyote and Rossi Claim Blocks, located along the Carlin Trend in Elko County, Nevada. The Carlin Claims consist of 111 unpatented mining claims (Coyote Claims - 99; Rossi Claims - 12) administered by the BLM, covering an area of 9 square kilometers at the northern end of the prolific Carlin Trend. The Company's subsidiaries include Momentum Minerals Ltd., Golden Oasis Exploration, and Turquoise Canyon Corp.
