Vrancart SA is a Romania-based company primarily engaged in the manufacture of cardboard and paper. The Companyâ€™s product portfolio includes corrugated cardboard, cardboard boxes, paper for corrugated cardboard, toilet paper, strips for paper tubes and paper tubes. The Company offers corrugated cardboard with two, three and five layers; corrugated cardboard packaging boxes of various formats, stamped and printed, and toilet paper in various types. In the year 2011, it had a total production capacity of 138.51 million square meters per year of corrugated cardboard; 70,000 tons per year of paper for corrugated cardboard, and 22,000 tons per year of toilet paper. The Company distributes its products nationally and internationally. As of December 31, 2011, SIF Banat-Crisana SA held a 74.72% stake in Vrancart SA. It operates through Giant Prodimpex SRL, among others.
