Business description: Systech

Systech Bhd. is a Malaysia-based investment holding company. The Company operates through three segments: Corporate Solutions, Cybersecurity, and e-Logistics Solutions. The Corporate Solutions segment includes Digital Transformation and Automation via Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Internet of Things (IoT), and Human Capital Management (HCM) solutions. The Cybersecurity segment is involved in the provision of cyber security and advisory services, professional services, technology risk services, training services, and solution services. The e-Logistics Solutions segment is involved in the business of annual report and publication mailing in Singapore and the development of a new initiative in providing digitized annual reports in a dynamic format. The Companyâ€™s subsidiaries include Saray Sdn. Bhd., Postlink Pte. Ltd., TalentCloud AI Sdn. Bhd., Systech IoT Solutions Sdn. Bhd., and SysAIU Sdn. Bhd.
