Singha Estate Public Company Limited is a Thailand-based property developer. The Companyâ€™s hospitality business is operated by S Hotels and Resources Public Company Limited (SHR), the Companyâ€™s subsidiary. Its projects include Singha Complex, Suntowers, SENTRE Pattanakarn, The ESSE Sukhumvit 36, and The Extro Phayathai-Rangnam, among others. The Companyâ€™s subsidiaries include S Estate Commercials Inter Co., Ltd., S REIT Management Co., Ltd., and others.
