Its development of residential business, both high rise and low-rise projects, is diverse in forms, namely single detached houses, home offices and condominiums. The Company’s hospitality business is operated by S Hotels and Resources Public Company Limited (SHR), the Company’s subsidiary. Its projects include Singha Complex, Suntowers, SENTRE Pattanakarn, The ESSE Sukhumvit 36, and The Extro Phayathai-Rangnam, among others. The Company’s subsidiaries include S Estate Commercials Inter Co., Ltd., S REIT Management Co., Ltd., and others.
