Seremban Engineering Berhad is a Malaysia-based company, which is principally engaged in the business of fabrication of process equipment, steel structures, civil engineering, provision of maintenance service and shutdown works. The Company operates through a single segment, namely fabrication of process equipment steel structures, civil engineering the provision of maintenance, repair and shutdown works. It provides a host of engineering services including mechanical fabrication, engineering support, off site installation, civil and structural construction, electrical, architectural and instrument works, maintenance and shutdown works for food, oil and fats, palm oil refineries, water and waste treatment, glove, chemical plants, oil and gas and other general industries. The Company’s geographical segments include Europe, Asia (excluding Malaysia and Singapore), Singapore and Malaysia.
