Pyramid Petroleum Inc (Pyramid) is a Canada-based company. On June 18, 2008, the Company completed the acquisition of a 25% working interest in oil and gas assets located in offshore Texas state waters from an unrelated party. On August 19, 2008, the properties that were acquired by the Company in August 2006 were included in a sale of the property interests by the Related Company's bank.
