The Company is a switched fixed-line telephony services (STFC) concessionaire and is engaged in the provision of STFC as a local and intraregional long-distance carrier. Its segments include Oi Fibra, Oi Solucoes, and Servicos Legados. Oi offers a range of integrated telecommunications services that include fixed and mobile telephony, broadband, pay television (TV), data transmission, and Internet provider services. The company's Oi Fibra segment focuses on the sale of broadband, fixed voice, and IPTV services for residential customers and small businesses. The Oi Solucoes segment includes business solutions for medium and large corporate clients, as well as digital and IT services. The Servicos Legados segment encompasses copper technology, DTH TV, and regulated wholesale services.
