MBM Resources Berhad is a Malaysia-based automotive company. The Company’s segments include Motor Trading and Assembly, Auto Parts Manufacturing, and All others. Motor Trading and Assembly segment is engaged in marketing, distribution and assembly of motor vehicles, spare parts, and provision of related services. Auto Parts Manufacturing segment is engaged in manufacturing of automotive parts and components, steel and alloy wheels and discs, vibration, and harshness (NVH) products and provision of tire assembly services. All others segment is engaged in investment holding, corporate headquarters and other dormant companies. Its subsidiaries include Daihatsu (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd., Galaxy Waves Sdn. Bhd., Oriental Extrusions Sdn. Bhd., MBMR Properties Sdn. Bhd., Inai Benua Sdn. Bhd., and Hirotako Holdings Berhad.
