Logista Integral, S.A. specializes in the distribution, transportation and logistical services. The group's activity is primarily organized into five sectors: - distribution of tobacco products; - distribution of consumer goods: foods, beverages, stamps, phone cards, etc.; - transportation services: primarily transportation of documents and merchandise; - distribution of books, newspapers and magazines. At the end of September 2025, the group served more than 200,000 points of sale (tobacco shops, pharmacies, perfume stores, bookstores, convenience stores, etc.) located in Europe through a fleet of vehicles, both company-owned and subcontracted. Net sales are distributed geographically as follows: Spain and Portugal (38%), Italy (35.2%) and France (26.8%).
