Kepwealth Property Phils., Inc. announced earnings results for the first quarter ended March 31, 2020. For the first quarter, the company announced total revenue was PHP 25.087 million compared to PHP 22.645 million a year ago. Net income was PHP 10.733 million compared to PHP 8.687 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share was PHP 0.05 compared to PHP 0.06 a year ago.

The Leasing segment is engaged in leasing of condominium units and parking slots in Kepwealth Center located in Cebu Business Park, Cebu City. In addition, the Company owns condominium units and parking spaces on One San Miguel Avenue located at San Miguel Avenue in Ortigas Center, Pasig City. It owns around 77 units with 98 leasable spaces of Kepwealth Center in the Cebu Business Park. The Company serves various industries, such as finance and insurance, audit, and legal counseling.
