Kepwealth Property Phils., Inc. reported unaudited earnings results for the second quarter and six months ended June 30, 2020. For the quarter, the company reported total revenue of PHP 25,113,282 against PHP 25,653,323 a year ago. Net income was PHP 6,245,102 against PHP 9,635,358 a year ago. Basic earnings per share were PHP 0.03 against PHP 0.05 a year ago.
For the six months, the company reported total revenue of PHP 50,241,142 against PHP 48,298,366 a year ago. Net income was PHP 16,978,888 against PHP 18,322,843 a year ago. Basic earnings per share were PHP 0.08 against PHP 0.14 a year ago.

It owns around 77 units with 98 leasable spaces of Kepwealth Center in the Cebu Business Park. The Company serves various industries, such as finance and insurance, audit, and legal counseling.
