Kepwealth Property Phils., Inc. announced unaudited earnings results for the third quarter and nine months ended September 30, 2020. For the third quarter, the company announced net income was PHP 4,623,552 compared to PHP 1,776,663 a year ago. Basic and diluted earnings per share was PHP 0.02 compared to PHP 0.01 a year ago. Revenues were PHP 18,537,782 compared to PHP 25,325,864 a year ago.
For the nine months, net income was PHP 21,602,443 compared to PHP 20,099,506 a year ago. Basic and diluted earnings per share was PHP 0.11 compared to PHP 0.1 a year ago. Revenues were PHP 68,778,925 compared to PHP 73,624,230 a year ago.
