The Board of Directors of Kepwealth Property Phils., Inc. (KPPI), in its special meeting held, accepted the resignation of Mr. Servillano Jose I. Dunglao as Chief Information Officer, Investor Relations Officer and Compliance Officer and appointed Mr. John F. Catindig as Investor Relations Officer and Mr. Benito L. Mabeza, KPPI's Finance Officer, as Chief Information Officer and Compliance Officer. Mr. Benito L Mabeza, Filipino, 52 years old, is a Certified Public Accountant with over 30 years of gainful, combined experience (locally and abroad), having worked as a Chief Financial Officer, Financial Controller, Administrative Manager and External Auditor. Benito L. Mabeza was appointed as Chief Information Officer and Compliance Officer effective from March 31, 2020. John F. Catindig was promoted from Treasurer to Treasurer and Investor Relations Officer effective from March 31, 2020.
