Kepwealth Property Phils., Inc. announced earnings results for the third quarter ended September 30, 2019. For the third quarter, the company announced net income was PHP 1.775 million compared to PHP 8.583 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share was PHP 0.01 compared to PHP 0.06 a year ago. For the nine months, net income was PHP 20.099 million compared to PHP 27.089 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share was PHP 0.14 compared to PHP 0.2 a year ago.

The Leasing segment is engaged in leasing of condominium units and parking slots in Kepwealth Center located in Cebu Business Park, Cebu City. In addition, the Company owns condominium units and parking spaces on One San Miguel Avenue located at San Miguel Avenue in Ortigas Center, Pasig City. It owns around 77 units with 98 leasable spaces of Kepwealth Center in the Cebu Business Park. The Company serves various industries, such as finance and insurance, audit, and legal counseling.
