As of December 31, 2011, the Company operated several tourist facilities in Kolobrzeg, Ustronie Morskie, Swinoujscie, Swieradow Zdroj, Dabki, Szklarska Poreba, Glogow and Lublin. As of December 31, 2011, the Company was 66.82%-owned by Fundusz Hotele 01 Sp. z o.o.
