Interferie SA is a Poland-based company that specializes in the provision of tourist services to the Polish and foreign customers. The Company's business operations are divided into two segments, including Hotels Activities and City Hotels. In the Hotels Activities segment the Company provides accommodation and restaurant services in hotels and resorts located at the Baltic seaside and in the Polish mountains. In the City Hotels segment the Company provides accommodation and restaurant services in hotels located in Polish cities. Additionally, the Company offers intermediation in the sales of tourist events, sales of airline tickets and advertisement services. As of December 31, 2011, the Company operated several tourist facilities in Kolobrzeg, Ustronie Morskie, Swinoujscie, Swieradow Zdroj, Dabki, Szklarska Poreba, Glogow and Lublin. As of December 31, 2011, the Company was 66.82%-owned by Fundusz Hotele 01 Sp. z o.o.
