GTM HOLDINGS CORPORATION is a Taiwan-based investment holding company principally engaged in real estate businesses and electronics businesses. The Company operates through three segments. The Electronics segment is mainly engaged in the packaging, testing and sales of micro-semiconductor components. Its products mainly include low-voltage metal oxide semiconductor field effect transistor (MOSFET) separate power management components, transistors and others. The Real Estates segment is mainly engaged in the development and leasing of office buildings, shopping markets and logistics centers. The Textile segment is mainly engaged in the wholesales and retailing of textile products, including wool, finished cloth and fleece. The Company operates businesses in domestic and overseas markets.
