Golden Rapture Mining Corporation is a Canada-based exploration company engaged in the acquisition, exploration and development of high-potential projects. The Company's five projects are comprised of high-grade gold systems, which include the Phillips Township Gold Project, the Bully Boy Mine, the Hutchison Mine, Northern Queen Mine and Swell Bay Mine Project. It holds a 100% interest in the Phillips Township Gold Property, located in Rainy River District, Northwestern Ontario, with a land package of over 225 claim cells for approximately 10,000 acres. The Hutchison Gold Mine Project is located near the newly opened Equinox Greenstone Gold Mine, Ontario. The Bully Boy Mine Project is a 50/50 partnership agreement to explore the historical Bully Boy Mine's four patented mineral claims located directly adjacent to Golden Rapture’s Phillips Township property, Northwestern, Ontario. The Swell Bay Property is comprised of seven patented mineral claims.
