Forestal Constructora y Comercial del Pacifico Sur SA (Pasur) is a Chile-based company engaged, through its affiliates, in the forestry, wood processing, power generation, port services, fuel and fishing sectors. The Company primarily invests minor interests in companies involved in the forestry and paper industry, such as Empresas CMPC SA. The Company also holds interests in such Chilean entities as Coindustria Ltda, Viecal SA, Forestal y Pesquera Callaqui SA, Forestal Cominco SA, Inversiones Coillanca Ltda, Cominco SA, Inversiones El Rauli SA, Puerto de Lirquen SA, Colbun SA and Bicecorp SA, as well as a Panama-based company Sardelli Investment SA. In addition, Forestal O'Higgins SA is the Company’s major shareholder with 36.56% of its interest.
