The Company operates through two segments, namely Electronics Distribution; and Technology investments and Others. The Electronics and Distribution segment is a distributor of electronic components and test consumables. The Technology Investments and Others segment acts as the investment arm of the Company and is involved in various investment projects such as the development of batteries solutions. Its subsidiaries include DTB Limited, which engages in investment holding activities; and Dragon Equipment & Materials Technology Limited, which engages in the sale and distribution and acts as a commission agent in equipment, materials and electronic components.
