Ditem signed a letter of intent with an arm’s length third party to hold over 100% interests in the Bruell gold property in Vauquelin Township near Val-d’Or, Abitibi. Ditem Exporations signed an option purchase agreement for a 100% interest in three gold exploration properties (Detour Gold Trend property) in northwestern Quebec.
