Cruzados SADP is a Chile-based company engaged in the organization and marketing of professional sporting, entertainment and recreational activities, as well as in the provision of advisory services and management of events. The Company’s main asset comprises the development and management of the professional football club Club Deportivo Universidad Catolica, where it is also active on the sale of match tickets and media rights. The Company also acquires rights to players' transfers, manages a number of other teams settled in lower categories or a feminine section, as well as the operation of football schools and summer camps for children. As of December 31, 2011, IM Trust SA Corredores de Bolsa was the Company’s major shareholder with 33.54% of its interest.
