CPL Group Public Company Limited is a Thailand-based company, which is engaged in the businesses of manufacturing and distribution of leather products, rendering of tanning services and manufacturing and distribution of personal protective equipment. The Company operates through two segments: Tannery Industry and Personal Protective Equipment. Its Tannery industry segment is engaged in selling finished leather products and rendering tanning services. Its Personal protective equipment segment is engaged in selling personal protective equipment products. Its leather products include nubuck leather, oil and wax leather, pigment leather, suede leather and waterproof leather. Its products are distributed under various brands, such as Adidas, Nike, Fred Perry, Timberland, Lacoste, Reebok, Rockport and others. The Company also exports products to China, Vietnam, Indonesia, and India.
