Black Pine Resources Corp. is a mineral exploration company focused on the acquisition and exploration of mineral properties. It is engaged in pursuing its strategic focus on porphyry copper-gold deposits and the development of mines. Its Sugarloaf Project is located 10 miles Southwest of Silver City, New Mexico. The Sugarloaf property is composed of 77 unpatented mining claims covering a total of 1,544 acres located 650 meters west of Freeport's secondary copper open pit at the Tyrone mine, New Mexico. The Project has the potential to host +100 million tons of leachable copper with additional potential for copper-molybdenum mineralization at depth beneath the IP anomaly.
