Avtokraz PrAT is a Ukraine-based holding company, which specializes in production of heavy-duty trucks and special purposes vehicles. Its product portfolio comprises two-, three- and four-axle vehicles; among them are dumpers, truck tractors, platform, timber and log trucks, chassis for special equipment mounting and trailers. Avtokraz PrAT is an industrial wing of the financial and manufacturing group Finansy i Kredit (Finance & Credit). The Company has two subdivisions: Torgovyi dom KhK AvtokrAZ (HC AvtoKrAZ Trade House) , engaged in sales in Ukraine and the Commonwealth of Independent States and Vneshnetorgovaya firma KrAZ Foreign Trade Firm KrAZ), supplying vehicles to overseas countries. Avtokraz PrAT as a holding company comprises nine enterprises.
