The Company’s primary products include audio-compact disc (CD) products, memory integrated circuits (ICs), digital audio ICs, voice amplifier ICs, light-emitting diode (LED) drivers and others. The Company’s products are mainly used in discmans, boom boxes, moving picture experts group layer-3 audio (MP3) displayers, liquid crystal display (LCD) panels, bluetooth, low power speakers, lighting equipment and others. The Company mainly operates its businesses in Taiwan and the People’s Republic of China (the PRC).
