American Oncology Network, Inc. is an alliance of physicians and seasoned healthcare leaders. The Company has offered a progressive model of physician-led, community-based oncology management. Its business is focused on caring for adult and senior populations with medical oncology and related care needs, including members of Medicare Advantage (MA) plan run by private insurance companies on behalf of the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) as well as traditional Fee-For-Service (FFS) Medicare, Medicaid, other government healthcare programs and commercial insurance populations. It provides patients with a variety of services, including in-house professional and technical pathology, providing complete pathology reports; in-house specialty pharmacy with patient education, financial assistance and 24/7 patient assistance, and care management support services including nutrition guidance. Its network represents more than 266 physicians across 102 locations in 20 states.
