Alphaville SA, formerly known as Private Equity AE Investimentos e Participacoes SA, is a Brazil-based holding company involved in the real estate development sector. Through its subsidiary Alphaville Urbanismo SA, the Company is mainly engaged in the development of gated-communities located in 23 Brazilian states. Its product portfolio includes three types of projects: Alphaville, developments composed of lots with at least 360 square meters and leisure area from 25.000 square meters, focused on high-income customers; Terras Alpha, developments comprised of lots with an average size of 250 to 360 square meters and a leisure area of 12 to 15 thousand square meters, dedicated to upper-middle income customers; and Jardim Alpha, development composed of lots with an average size of 200 to 250 square meters and a leisure area of 6 thousand square meters, focused on middle income customers.
