(Alliance News) - Terna Spa announced on Thursday the renewal of its Euro Medium Term Note (EMTN) programme, increasing the maximum aggregate amount to EUR6 billion from EUR4 billion.
The company specified that the programme has been assigned the following ratings: 'A-/A-2' by S&P and '(P) Baa1 /(P) P-2' by Moody's.
Intesa Sanpaolo and UniCredit acted as joint arrangers.
