Revenue rose to SEK 0.35m (0.15).
EBITDA came in at SEK -4.5m (SEK -3.6).
Operating profit was SEK -5.3m (SEK -4.6).
Net profit after tax was SEK -3.5m (SEK -4.5), and per share SEK -0.38 (SEK -0.55).
Cash flow from operating activities totaled SEK -13.3m (SEK -3.4).
During the second quarter, Absolicon continued to expand in industrial solar thermal, including through the acquisition of Savosolar's solar thermal business and a final agreement with Athenian Brewery, CEO Joakim Bystrom said.
The collaboration with Phoenix continues with the aim of establishing production in the US, while the company is building up its sales efforts in Spain ahead of an expected heat auction that Bystrom says could cover at least SEK 7.6bn. The recently completed and heavily oversubscribed rights issue is primarily intended to fund sales initiatives.
Bystrom believes demand for fossil-free industrial heat is rising as the vulnerabilities in fossil energy supply become clearer.
