She also works closely with the General Counsel on aspects of SEC regulation and FATCA.
She joined the firm in 2005, after 15 years on the deal side of private equity.
Susan began her career at Morgan Stanley.
After a few of years in retail sales, she moved to a smaller firm where she helped build the private equity department.
