Rivera-Gonzalez, aged 57 years, has been Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of EMC and the Company since January 1998 and Director of EMC since February 1998, until he resigned in September 1999 to practice law and serve as legal counsel of the Company.
From January 1996 to December 1997 he was Executive Vice President of the Company.
From September 1995 to December 1995 he served as Vice President of the Company and was also Vice President of IGC from 1994 to April 1996.
From April 1991 to December 1993 he was President and General Manager of ECOC.
As of October 15, 2001 he was serving as President and CEO of El Comandante Management Company LLC.
On October 17, 2004 he was terminated from employment with the Company.
