Jane Cobler

Jane serves as BrightView’s Chief People Officer, focused on enabling BrightView’s growth strategy by unleashing the potential of its talent.
Jane began her healthcare career over 20 years ago, initially in infectious disease research and eventually pursuing a career in physical therapy.
Prior to BrightView, she spent over a decade with ATI Physical Therapy, where she advanced her career from staff clinician, to operations management, to enterprise transformation and eventually human resources.
Jane received her B.A. in Biology from Carleton College, and her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Northwestern University’s Feinberg School of Medicine.
With 40 other diverse, high-potential leaders, representing multidisciplinary and multinational organizations, Jane was chosen among her peers to participate in Advent International’s Leadership Academy, a selective leadership development program delivered in partnership with Harvard Business School Executive Education.
