The firm's managers concentrate on their area of expertise, namely UK and European securities, fixed-income, multi-manager and alternative asset classes. They rely on external managers for other areas. CCM meets regularly with the companies in their portfolio and makes investment decisions as a team. Funds are managed to follow relevant industry indexes.
