Dan Devorsetz

Prior to Horizon, Mr. Devorsetz was a Vice President in GE Capital’s Life Science Finance Group, where he was primarily responsible for the underwriting and portfolio management of debt and equity investments to venture capital-backed life science companies.
Prior to that, he was a Credit Manager at GATX Ventures, concentrating on the high tech and software industries.
He was also a member of GATX’s international credit committee.
Mr. Devorsetz’s previous experience includes tenures in consumer finance at Citigroup and private placement investment banking at Advest, Inc. and Ironwood Capital.
Mr. Devorsetz received his Bachelor of Science degree from Cornell University and his Master of Business Administration from Clark University, and is a Chartered Financial Analyst.
