Mr. Andrew J.
Byrne, CFA, is a Director of Equity Research at IHS Herold, Inc., a Member at CFA Institute and a Member at The Boston Security Analysts Society, Inc. He is a manager of the Global E&P team and covers a diverse group of E&P companies.
He also has eight years of experience in the Canadian oil patch as a petroleum exploration geologist.
Prior to joining IHS, he was a financial analyst for Value Line Publishing, focusing on the energy and mining sectors.
Previously, he served on the board of directors of a small E&P company in Canada.
He graduated with a bachelor’s degree in geology from Dickinson College in Carlisle, Pa.
He holds the Charter Financial Analyst.
Member of Petroleum Analysts of Boston, and the Boston Security Analyst Society.
