The Association's principal activities consist of obtaining savings deposits and providing mortgage credit to customers in its primary market area, the counties of Wake and Franklin, North Carolina. The Association offers personal banking, business banking and loan services. The Association's personal banking services include personal checking accounts, savings accounts, money market accounts, certificates of deposit and individual retirement accounts (IRA), mortgage loans, home equity loans, land loan, and deposit loans. The Association's business banking services include business checking accounts, savings accounts, business money market accounts, certificates of deposit (CD) and business loans. The Association's loan services include Fixed Rate Mortgages, Balloon Mortgages, Home Equity Loans, Commercial Real Estate Mortgages, Commercial Lines of Credit and other.
