At the end of 2025, the group's real estate portfolio (including joint-ventures), with a total area of 7,444,395 m2, amounted in market value, to EUR 8,715 million (at share).
The geographic breakdown of the portfolio by value is as follows: Germany (50%), the Czech Republic (11.2%), Spain (8.1%), Romania (4.4%), Hungary (4.3%), the Netherlands (4%), Slovakia (4%), Italy (3.1%), Austria (3%), France (2.2%), Portugal (1.5%), Serbia (1.2%), Latvia (0.9%), Croatia (0.8%), Denmark (0.7%) and the United Kingdom (0.6%).
