The Company purchases consumer receivable portfolios at a discount and then liquidates these portfolios through legal collection means. The Company purchases consumer receivable portfolios that include charged-off credit card receivables, written off by originators and consumer installment loans. The Company also purchases consumer receivable portfolios from creditors and others through privately negotiated deals and auction which sells consumer receivable seeking bids from debt purchasers. The Company pursues new acquisitions of consumer receivable agencies, investors, financing sources and brokers who specialize in the sale. The Company is focuses in identifying, evaluating, pricing and acquiring distressed consumer receivable portfolios.
