The Company has two primary areas of operations, including the State Waters of Texas in Matagorda Bay, and the five county producing areas in West Virginia. Its subsidiaries include Sonterra Oil & Gas, Inc., Velocity Energy Offshore LP, Velocity Energy Partners L.P, Velocity Energy Limited LLC and others.
