Valora Holding AG is a Switzerland-based retail company. It is active in two segments: Retail and Food Service. In its Retail segment, the Company operates small-scale sales formats, such as k kiosk, avec, P&B and cigo, selling tobacco, press and convenience/food products for the daily use. In its Food Service segment, the Company operates the formats Ditsch, Brezelkoenig, BackWerk and Caffe Spettacolo and is also a producer of pretzel products for its own business-to-consumer (B2C) network and for business-to-business (B2B) customers, benefiting from an integrated value chain. The Company operates a network of more than 2,700 convenience and food service outlets in high-frequency locations in Switzerland, Germany, Austria, Luxembourg and the Netherlands.
